Tom Bubul at Space 1026

Philadelphia, this is the last day to see our friend Tom Bubul‘s installation at Space 1026. close-out party tonight with music and hopefully snacks, though maybe it’s BYOSnacks.

Tom’s the editor of the ideally quarterly Mothers News Literary Quarterly supplement, and a frequent contributor to the Mothers News Ad Drawing Team. here’s a nice review of the set-up, and here’s another.

Lightning Bolt self-leak

Mothers News cartooniste par excellance Brian Chippendale just posted a new song jam from his band Lightning Bolt on an mp3 site for said band- http://lightningbolt.bandcamp.com/. i think the plan is to regularly put up new practice recordings, which is an interesting developement indeed for this amor infint devotee!
